Here are some programs to help you prevent spyware, adware and virus infections. Just click the name and the program will start downloading onto your computer. Wiredog recommends these tools only for your assistance. We do not support these tools, so please use at your own risk.

Before calling tech support try a few of the following:

Delete Cookies
Open your internet browser then click on Tools and then go down to Internet Options.
This will give you a box that says Internet Properties. In the middle of the page click on delete Cookies. This will give you a popup box asking if you want to delete your cookies, click OK (If you have never done this before it may take a few minutes).

Delete Files
Open your internet browser then click on Tools and then go down to Internet Options. This will give you a popup box asking if you want to delete your Temporary Internet Files, check the box that says Delete all offline content and then click OK.(This will not remove files that you have saved on your computer.)

Clear History
Open your internet browser then click on Tools and then go down to Internet Options. Click on Clear History. It will ask you if you are sure you want to clear your history of visited web sites, click Yes.
